Our first public 3D shoot is this weekend, Sunday, April 26. We've done our best the keep our course on the "dryest" parts of our property but as you can imagine we've had as much rain as anyone so bring your gear, your skills, a great attitude and your Muck, DryShod or Lacrosse boots!!

And so it begins. There are currently 15 3d targets set, no yardage markers as of yet. There are also range bags set - 20, 30 and 40 yards.
Friendly reminder to sign the log each and every time you visit. The target maintenence fee for use of the 3D range is $5 for 15 targets and $10 for all 30. Place your money in the lockbox.
Visitors are welcome on a 1 time basis for $10. After that the expectation is to join.

As of 9/10/25 targets 16 - 30 on the far side of the creek have been removed and packed away for the season. Targets 1 - 15 remain for about another 2 weeks for you to shoot and enjoy! Thanks for a great spring and summer.

The course is once again set for our 2nd public 3D shoot of 2025 on Sunday, June 1st. Registration is from 0800 - 1100. Deer, Bear, Elk, Hogs, Antelope and various other big and small game targets at various distances!! 8100 State Route 104 in Oswego, NY.

I finished setting 30 targets tonight. I still have a little work to do however any members wanting to get out and let some fly should head out.
As always, safety should be everyone's first priority. The woods are still very open offering long range visibility. Be sure to keep eyes on path and be aware of trip hazards.
The course begins straight down the middle road past the target trailer.
Remember to sign in, inside the clubhouse each and every time you visit. The cost of 3D is $10 for 15 targets and $15 for 30. This helps us maintain good cores and purchase the occasional very expensive new target. Thank you!

Ok summer league shooters.....all 5 of us....once again it didn't come together as intended. I'll never understand, however, we can continue with plans to gather for dinner and drinks on a day most convenient for everyone after week 8 or we can abort mission and refund a little money?

A big thank you to everyone who showed up today in the heat with the threat of storms and rain.
Most if not all of the local clubs are struggling with numbers these days and with revenue generated by public shoots its important to get folks out to shoot! We all know how busy life has gotten but please consider supporting these clubs more either through joining, showing up to shoot or both. It's the only way they'll survive long term!

Sorry for the lack of follow-up. Too much going on with work and hunting trip.prep. speaking of which I'll be gone for a week starting tomorrow. Let's plan on starting Monday June 19 and running 8 weeks. It looks like we've got at least 5 definitely.
Someone reached out about a youngster just getting started. I'd hate to discourage anyone however this may not be the optimal opportunity and may not en up being a positive introduction. The only reason I say that is it seems like many of us are scrambling just try to squeeze it in all together. Please call me at 315-591-3153 regarding that situation.

We would like to start a summer 3D league that in years past hasn't generated as much interest as we'd like but we will forge ahead nonetheless.
Based on interest it would be either Monday or Friday evenings (15 targets each evening). It IS NOT required you attend on that evening as some of us are shift workers. The only requirement is that you try to get your 15 targets and score in prior to the following league night.
It's a very relaxed, laid back and non-competative atmosphere. More of an opportunity for the club to take in some additional revenue and for folks to prep for the upcoming season and enjoy fellowship.
The cost is $10 per week for members and $15 for non-members. We normally try to run for 8-10 weeks. If you miss a couple weeks, no worries, just come shoot, get better and have fun!
