Oswego Minor Hockey Association Since 1964, the Oswego Minor Hockey Association Inc. (OMHA) has been providing area youth with the opportunity to learn to skate and play the game.

(OMHA) has been providing area youth with the opportunity to learn to skate and play the game of ice hockey. The mission of the OMHA includes promoting good sportsmanship, respect, discipline, self-esteem and fun at all levels - while enhancing skills to accommodate the full spectrum of player ability. Through the generous sponsorship of numerous local businesses, as well as a variety of successfu

l fundraisers and an expanding equipment-lending program - the association works hard to support participation from boys and girls of all economic backgrounds. The OMHA is a member organization of the New York State Amateur Hockey Association (NYSAHA), which is a recognized affiliate of USA Hockey – the national governing body for the sport of ice hockey in the United States. The OMHA is considered to be a “Tier II” (also known as “B” level) organization. This status is granted by the NYSAHA in recognition of the association’s size and general competitive success. The OMHA is incorporated in the state of New York and maintains an official mailing address of:

With 3 ice rinks located within 2 miles of the downtown area, Oswego is home to the SUNY Oswego Lakers Men's and Women's Hockey teams, the Oswego City High School Boys' and Girls' Varsity Hockey teams, and the Oswego Minor Hockey Association. 📣 Attention Oswego Minor Hockey Association players, coaches and families!

Saturday, August 15th is TEAL Palace Night (Ovarian Cancer Awareness Night) at the Oswego Speedway! 🏁

Oswego Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) Players will be reciting the Pledge of Allegiance prior to the start of the races! 🇺🇲

Any player that would like to participate in the pledge can do so; for every OMHA player that participates (16 & under) you will receive one free youth and one free adult admission. 🎟️

Please email your players name and adult name to be added to the list by Wednesday, August 12th, [email protected]. 🏒

This is open to all OMHA Players! 🏴‍☠️

Also, let’s cheer on OMHA 18U player and driver of the #68 350 Supermodified Dawson Hawksby! 🏁🏎️

Some of the 16U Lady Bucs proudly represented OMHA at the Northern Prospects Showcase in Malone this weekend, putting their talent, teamwork, and determination on full display. Skating alongside some of the top players from across the U.S. and Canada, the girls took full advantage of the opportunity to compete at a high level while showing off their skill, hockey IQ, and love for the game.

With players traveling in from all over North America, the event also featured a strong coaching presence, including staff from about a dozen different colleges. Among them was Mark Digby, head coach of SUNY Oswego, adding even more value and exposure for the athletes participating. Nice job girls!
