Join for a beginner friendly Flying Pole Workshop on Saturday Jan. 24th at 1pm

We will go over foundational flying pole concepts, beginner friendly tricks, and a cute combo at the end!

Workshop will take place in the studio and will feature silicone coated poles. Leggings recommended but not required! Spots are limited!
