I'm going to let you all in on a little secret, there is no fad diet, special workout, or magic pill that is going to give you the results you're looking for. The fact is that results don't happen overnight and they certainly aren't obtained by doing the bare minimum. They happen when you stop making excuses and start putting in the work, day in and day out. It literally takes TWO things done consistently to see results; 1. Plan your week ahead of time to ensure your schedule aligns with your workouts, and that your nutrition goals can be met on a daily basis. This will ensure you're early to class or your scheduled workout session mentally and physically prepared to give your all. 2. Do number one consistently every single week! That's it! Getting results is just that easy. 9 times out of 10 you simply just need to get out of your own way.
If you read this and didn't add an excuse at the end, keep pushing forward because your success is inevitable. To everyone else, you're doing yourself a disservice and need to look in the mirror and ask yourself a very important question, "is what I'm doing today, and what I have planned tomorrow in line with the goals I'm looking to achieve." Answer that question and reread this post.
