Creation Studio Fitness At Creation Studio we do fitness in a fun, effective, and encouraging way. Classes include: Zumba, H Fitness at Creation Studio is both motivating and uplifting.

We offer a variety of classes that meet a wide range of abilities and fitness levels as well as interests. Fitness buffs, pregnant mommas, seniors, dancers, those with two left feet, and everyone in between can find a class they will enjoy taking! Classes Include:
- Holy Yoga - several different classes to meet everyone's varied needs including pre/postnatal
-Strength & Conditioning - weights, ton

ing and so much more. Great for buffs and also perfectly modified for those who need gentle none impact exercise
-Zumba - High energy cardio dance fun, but totally enjoyable even for those who've never believed they can dance
-Ballet Fitness - makes the benefits of ballet accessible to everyone non dancer and dancers alike, you will tone in ways you didn't know were possible all without impacting the joints
