I’M GOING TO P**S OFF SOME PERSONAL TRAINERS! How much cardio do you need to do to lose weight? NONE! Losing weight or body fat, is about increasing your metabolism (weight resistance training), foods/supplements and getting enough sleep! Cardio is great for the heart but if you want to start losing the body fat start lifting some weights! If your trainer is saying do more cardio, they have no clue! Sorry, I said it, but it’s true!

So I told ya I was using electric stems on legs during leg day workouts, here what that looks like. I wear compression leggings over them to keep in place and keep them on for the first 60 mins then switch to blood inclusion bands for a different stimulation. The comb seems to work good. I’m not handling the heavy weights but with these two techniques there’s no need. “Stimulate” and grow!

At a are not your enemy , your timing is. Pre-workout and post-workout is where you should eat 80% of your carbs. Low GI won’t mess with your insulin levels so be smart. Eat to perform, more carbs on leg day and not so much on arm day.
