Very excited about the upcoming season!!! This program has grown immensely in the last two years, and we can’t wait to be a part of it once again! We have an amazing group of girls coming up!! 🥎 🥎

American Legion Softball will be going into its 3rd Season. This program allows high school softball players and teams to develop during the summer and keeps teams together. Our tournament run and season ended today with a 6-10 loss to Durand. Saw a lot of good things from this young team today, and throughout the season! Congrats on a great season ladies, and congrats to Brylie Johnson on being selected to the All-Tournament team after a great pitching performance all weekend!

As coaches we hate to see a season go the way this season did, but at the end of the day, we saw growth and improvement all season long, and after each game, the girls were smiling and had FUN! I am very proud to be a part of this years coaching staff, and I’m very proud of every single girl on this team! Thank You to Osseo American Legion Post 324 for the sponsorship and support for our team once again, and for allowing these young ladies to play a game they love. Thanks to the parents of these ladies for getting them to games, cheering for them, and supporting them in their sporting endeavors. And lastly, big thanks to Coach Featherly for everything he’s done for this team and being a huge driving force in keeping this program moving full steam ahead! Until next year! 🥎

State Tournament Update:
Osseo Post 324 fell too Viroqua In last nights matchup 16-1. We now play Durand today at Noon, winner advances to play Arcadia at 4pm today!

Good Luck today too Osseo-Fairchild Thunder Baseball Legion Post 324 Baseball team this weekend at the Boys State Tournament at Merchants Field in Osseo, as well as Augusta Legion Softball Post 291 as they travel to Deforest for the Girls State Tournament!

Osseo Legion Post 324 Softball will be making their way to The Deforest Athletic Complex this weekend for the 2nd Annual Legion Softball State Tournament!! Our 1st game will be Friday afternoon at 4pm vs Viroqua. Please wish the team good luck, as we will travel down a little short handed, but still with a team that is FULL of talent, and fully capable of playing high caliber softball! Win or lose, these are an amazing group of girls, that will continue to make Osseo Softball great for many years to come!

The stage is set!!!! Join us this evening for our REGIONAL matchup vs Arcadia Post 17!!! First pitch, Game 1, 5pm. It is a beautiful night for some American Legion Post 324 Softball! Concessions will be open, grab a pretzel, cotton candy, and/or a cold beer and relax!! See you at 5pm!!!!

A few people took some time to spruce up the field today! Dugouts and concrete all pressure washed, all fence lines w**d whacked, flag pole and memorial stone scrubbed and clean, w**ds pulled, and sign hung up! Getting things ready for the big Regional Playoff games on Wednesday! Big thanks to Cindy and Eric Amundson and Curtis and Amber Smith! And thanks to Karen Bloom from the American Legion for the beautiful flowers! Please make time to make your way to Stoddard Park Wednesday night, first Pitch Game 1 is 5pm!!!!

On behalf of all of us coaches and players, and everyone involved in the game of softball at Stoddard Park, we would like to thank the person who took the time too lay down some new mulch and re-stain our benches! They look great!!! We have a great facility, and it’s little things like this that make it what it is!

Also, Osseo Post 324 Legion Softball will be hosting a regional Double Header versus Arcadia Post 17, on Wednesday July 24th, first pitch at 4pm!!!! Both teams will advance to the State Tournament in Deforest, August 2nd - 4th!!!!

Please make plans to join us for both of those dates, and support the Legion Softball Team, in their 2nd year of the Legion Softball program, as our season continues!!!! Thank you to American Legion Post 324 for your continued support of these girls and their love for the game!!!!

Field is prepped and it is looking like an absolutely gorgeous night for some 🥎!!! Post 324 will take on Arcadia Post 17, in a scheduled doubleheader, first pitch 5PM!! This will be our final regular season Home game, See you at the park!
