Oskaloosa Speed, Strength and Agility Camp This camp is open to all Mahaska County youth who will be in 6th, 7th and 8th graders! The Luck’s have been members of the Oskaloosa Community since 2000.

Kelly teaches Middle School Social Studies and has coached Football, Basketball and Baseball at both the middle and high school levels. Betsy teaches Middle School Physical Education, she has been the Head Girls Track & Field Coach since 2002, is the Middle School Cross Country Coach and also coached 8th-grade girls basketball and an assistant strength & conditioning coach in the past. * Increase agility, speed, strength and flexibility
* Learn proper techniques in drills and exercises
* Learn proper technique/form of Olympic lifts
* Creating an environment of teamwork and positive attitudes

Today was the final day of Summer Camp 2023.
Some stats from the summer:
- 49 athletes participated throughout the summer
- Daily average was 25 athletes

We saw so much growth in their technique, speed and ability to complete workouts at a high level. We are VERY excited to see what these athletes can do in their future sports/activities.

We are happy to give a donation check back to the Oskaloosa Indoor Sports Complex for allowing us to use there facility for our camps. Oskaloosa Indoor Sports Complex
