We moved into this new building just over five months ago, and it has been nothing but a blessing — a whirlwind filled with tears, triumphs, and countless high fives. We cannot even begin to express how joyful this “job” truly is. Your lives impact us just as much as we hope to shape and create your lives.

When we reflect on what it means to train clients, we realize it has never been just about making people physically stronger. Levi and I both know how deeply training in the gym carries over into real life. It’s not only about being capable of lifting something without hurting your back or straining a muscle. It’s about standing tall, feeling proud in your own skin, and being confident that what you’re doing today is preparing you for your future self.

It’s about planning for retirement, setting a good example for your children, and choosing to embrace discomfort in the gym because you value your health, your future, and your self-worth. It has never been only about what we look like — or what you look like. It’s about becoming the best version of ourselves that we can possibly be, while accepting, understanding, and honoring who God created us to be.

You were created fearfully and wonderfully made. We just get to assist in your journey. 🩷
