To our WAS families and friends... it is with a heavy heart that we share the news of one of our 2000 alum moms. Marilyn Roberts was one of our biggest cheer leaders! She could always make you laugh, was whitty, spunky and you didn't want to mess with her. She will be missed by her family and friends. Please keep Mike, Chris and Kelly in your prayers as they navigate through this difficult time 🙏⚾️

It was a phenomenal week for the All-Stars, with a 7-1 record. Finishing 5th out of 104 teams. They finished with 26 home runs hit by 12/13 players. They had 23 HBP. They recorded 99 hits and scored 124 runs. Coach Richie commented, "All good things must come to an end. Ours came a little early." We commend our coaches and players. Your tireless efforts and hard work throughout the summer were evident. We are incredibly proud of you! ❤️⚾️❤️

Commencing at 9 am, the Sweet 16 round featured WAS dominating the Sluggers Fury with a 22-7 victory. The team's batting was remarkably effective. In the Elite 8 round at 12 pm, WAS matched up against a potent hitting team and suffered a 5-13 defeat at the hands of the Goodland Bruins 12U, who will challenge Eastern Mass in tonight's championship game. The team's representation of Wisconsin was truly outstanding. ❤️⚾️❤️

“Thats some good sh*t” — Coach B

Tonight's 15-1 win over the Camillus Wildcats secures our spot in the Sweet 16. Our relationship with the Camillus Wildcats team dates back 8 years to when Coach Dave Meluni and Coach B established a friendship in Cooperstown following a pool play game. They possess a wonderful community and families. Let's maintain this effort, boys! We face 4 more games tomorrow! ❤️⚾️❤️

WAS once again saw the W in the 5th pool play game with a score of 14-0. Finished pool play 5-0. Not bad for the boys from Wisconsin! The WAS are sitting nice at the #2 seed. Big game tomorrow night at 7:00 ET in the round of 32. A win advances us to the Sweet 16 on Saturday. Finished the night with a pizza party get together for all the families and fans. Followed by trip to the ice cream barn! Let's keep it going boys!❤️⚾️❤️

This morning's 22-2 victory for WAS was impressive. I am pleased with our team's 4-0 start. Holding the opposing team scoreless was a close possibility, but ultimately unattainable. The team is displaying tenacity and enjoying the experience. Our home run count has increased by four. The fans' support has been outstanding, and our pin traders are zealous collectors. Let's strive for another triumph tonight! ⚾️

WAS secured another win, winning 14-2. Although their opponents are skilled hitters, our team outperformed them tonight. Jackson Priebe pitched exceptionally well through three innings, while Jake Myers effectively closed out the game. Our team added four more home runs to our tally, including a walk-off home run by Colby Brantmeier that secured our victory. We are currently 3-0 and aim to continue this winning streak by achieving a 2-0 record on Thursday.

Game 2 saw the home team emerge victorious with a convincing 18-0 score. Although the total number of perfect games achieved by this team is unknown to me, this game was certainly remarkable. Liam Thompson displayed impressive pitching abilities. The game started with Jordan Archambeau hitting a home run. The day's total home run count reached five, with Jackson Priebe hitting a grand slam being the highlight. Following a brief rain delay, the team will play again tonight at 6 ET. Excellent effort, team! ❤️⚾️❤️

WAS started off Tuesday night with a win 14-1. 1 home run by Jake Myers. Boys were ready to get playing. I’m not sure who was more ready & excited to get to play .. Coach B and Richie .. the boys .. or our fans!! Great start boys. Coach B says .. you can’t win them all unless you win the first one!
