Congratulations to Connor Kuehn and Kirah Kaminski for qualifying for State today they did amazing along with all our other lifters. Conner has a chance to teavel to Kilen TX on spring break and represent us at High School Nationals as well !!!

We would like to extend our formal congratulations to all athletes who competed over the weekend in Winneconne, where notable growth and achievements were observed. Brewer Feiter and Kirah Kaminski notably secured 1st Place in their JV weight classes during their second competition, with Kira also successfully qualifying for the State event. Furthermore, Sergio Perez secured 2nd Place in his weight class in his first competition, falling just 5 pounds shy of State qualification standards. Aidan Flanigan igan impressively secured 4th place competing at the Varsity level for the first time. The upcoming competitions in Neenah and Appleton will see all athletes vying to qualify for State and National titles.

Good evening Powerlifting Families Winniconne Powerlifting Team is in desperate need of Help finding Spoters and Loaders and will be paying $100 for the day January 3rd, if you are interested please let me know ASAP so I can get in contact with ther Coach. This weekend we will competing alongside nearly 400 other Fox Valley Lifters in Winniconne, please feel free to come out and cheer on these amazing athletes

The Season is just starting and their is still plenty of time to get in with them and compete maybe even take a run for Sate or Nationals. As a reminder Practice is open to 7th and 8th graders interested in getting started in the sport .

Well with the amazing help of Quintin Meyer and Limitless Elite Gym, our Volunteers from FIRE Fitness Camp Oshkosh North and O-Town Iron along with all the other Judges Spotters and Loaders we officially hosted our First Powerlifting Meet. We had 231 Athletes come out and give it their all while being cheered on by over 400 spectators.

Good Morning we need some help tonight starting at 730pm Oshkosh North High School as we try to start moving all the equipment into the gym to host the First Ever regional Powerlifting meet at North. We have to get all the gear moved out of a trailer into the gym and then as soon as the Varsity Basketball Game is done we will begin the transformation process. If you available we would greatly appreciate it.

It's Meet Week; the flights are set, with nearly 300 athletes from around the district that will travel here to compete this Saturday starting at 8am. General admission for spectators is $5. Please enter through Door 1, located by the courtyard across from the Turf field.

We would also Like to thank Quintin Meyer from Limitless Elite Gym for helping us organize and run the event. Also Jacob Colburn from O-Town Iron and Katie Moe from FIRE Fitness Camp Oshkosh North for helping us find volunteers to help work this massive event. It truly takes a community to pull this off.

We will Have Vendors from Suppz Oshkosh Creative Crusts Pizza Pop's Kettle Corn with great Powerlifting and healthy focus snacks and foods
