Walleye fishing in Winneconne and Oshkosh has been excellent plenty of good eaters. The bigger walleyes we have been releasing. Water temperature is 61°. Whitebass are showing up and each day it getting better. We still have high water and strong current but definitely fishable. Flys and Hairjigs are producing.

2026 Guiding Full Time Booking dates already. Don't delay if your looking for specific dates. This fall was one of the best Whitebass runs in years. Plenty of walleyes also. Can't wait for spring. Capt Ryan

Whitebass and Walleye action has been really picking up . Stable weather has brought whitebass in the river. Oshkosh area. Pullin flys and jigging. Water temperature is 50° and climbing with sunny days.

What I have found so far this year on the water. Water temperature 42° Current is good . Lots of 6" to 13" walleyes with some bigger ones being caught. Average walleye spawn on the Wolf river is April 10th things are wright on time. Spawned out walleyes will be making there way down river soon. drifting and Jigging 1/4 oz. and Minnow rigs are the presentation working. Plastics on jigs also producing. Good Fishing, Capt Ryan

Happy 2022! Getting things geared up for the fishing season. With all the rain things will really open up quickly. We surely needed the rain for current and a good wallleye and whitebass run. I looking forward to seeing you all again this year. Ice fishing was good and showed alot of promise with large whitebass and nice walleyes being caught. If your looking to book a trip get your dates locked in.

The walleye bite on the Wolf River is going strong. This is from this morning. When you find them it doesn't take long. We threw many fish back also. We had a 4 man limit on the wolf yesterday of walleyes good eaters. Water is low but fish are in the river and hungry. Jigs and minnows water temperature is 38.
