Bathrooms & Locker Rooms Update

What Happened Today:
Our plumbing and construction teams were onsite to locate the source of the issue. After extensive work cutting through concrete, they determined that the damaged pipe is located beneath the women’s bathrooms and locker rooms. This discovery required over seven hours of investigation, and the team reached a stopping point for the day.

What’s Next:
Repair efforts will continue Saturday morning, when contractors will begin opening the flooring to access and fix the damaged pipe. Once Saturday’s work is completed, we will provide a detailed update on the new projected timeline.

Additional Note:
The issue is being addressed by our landlord and all repairs must be coordinated through them and their contractors. We appreciate the patience, understanding, and support our community has shown throughout this disruption. Your messages, recommendations, and willingness to help speak volumes and we appreciate all of it.

Update on locker rooms/restrooms

We have been working with our property manager diligently to resolve the current issue with the restrooms. Over the last week we have had multiple plumbers and contractors on site diagnosing the current issue. It was discovered that piping had broken in multiple spots outside of our facility. This caused multiple flooding issues in both men’s and women’s locker rooms/restrooms

We have been informed that tomorrow morning/noon plumbers and contractors will be onsite to fix the piping. Once this is finished and we can confirm everything is operating as expected. We will have a cleaning crew scheduled to deep clean both men’s and women’s lock rooms/restrooms. With a plan to be open later Friday as long as everything goes as expected.

If anything changes and doesn’t go as planned we will make a post updating everyone asap.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused any one who has visited the club recently. Thank you all for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Our bathrooms are currently out of order for the next 24 hours while we wait for a plumber to complete repairs. This has made us unfortunately have to close our locker rooms down completely. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We’ll share an update as soon as everything is back to normal.

1 Year Anniversary!

You may have noticed a special entrance being added on November 1st. This is to celebrate one year under new management by 2.0 Lifestyle and share the fun with each of our members (it leaves November 30th). We are excited to get into year 2 and continue making big upgrades and overall facility improvements and we want to share those with you all.

Upgrades/Additions for 2026:
1. New posing/flex room
2. Hip thrust machine
3. T-bar row machine
4. Standing leg curls
5. Westside Scout Hyper Machine
6. Paint walls black
7. Upgrade window shades
8. Adding apparel to pro shop
9. Adding pre-packaged meals
10. Hope dollar general leaves so we can expand.

I want to personally thank everyone at Fitstop24 Osceola for this past year. We have worked really hard to upgrade the facility, creating a better flow, improved cleanliness, and a positive community for all. We have a lot of upgrades still ahead of us but I really hope you all enjoy the improvements and work that has been put in. While we have had some missteps along the way I thank everyone for their grace and willingness to communicate needs and challenges. We are just getting started and year 2 is going to be AMAZING. Thank you all again we are so grateful for everyone one of our members and anyone that visits our location.
