We are committed to impacting our community by helping people in their personal health & fitness journey. We are open 24/7 for members. We offer daily programming options, group classes, a cold plunge, kids classes and a kids playroom.

It’s never too late to build strength, improve balance, and feel confident in your body.

We’re excited to officially launch our “Strong for Life” Class starting the first week of March at Kallus Gym.

Class Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:15 – 9:15 AM
$12 per class

This class is designed for adults who want to:
• Build strength safely and effectively
• Improve balance and prevent falls
• Increase mobility and joint health
• Stay active, independent, and confident
• Feel better, move better, and live better

Strength training becomes more important—not less—as we age. It helps protect your muscles, support your joints, improve energy, and maintain the ability to do the things you love.

This is a welcoming, coach-led class for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or returning after time away, we will meet you where you are.

Grab your spouse. Invite a friend. Start your day by moving your body, building strength, and investing in your future.
