We will be focusing on a lot of game-based warm-ups, competition, and partner-based drills that will translate the game itself followed by a lift🏋🏼

Complete Athlete Week 7 Day 1

It’s heating up… 5 more weeks til testing

Numbers improving in all aspects and feeling great!

Loving the variety of jumps
-Rapid Hops
-Seated Vertical
-Broad Jumps

Trying some new exercises to loosen up before Sn**ches/Cleans and Squat
-Low Hang Sn**ch
-Deficit Clean
-Speed Squat

Trying to think outside the box with programming so I can upgrade training for you guys!

One of the important things we can do as Strength Coaches is to make the Hard things easy and the Easy things hard.

During tough times in sport you fall back to your level of preparation so our preparation has to be harder than the games..

Hold them accountable, Do things that suck and support them, and watch where they end up!

Year 2 Off Season Program Recap🏈

Over the last 26 months I have been able to track and collect data to see our progress

40 yard stayed the same for most athletes but our 10 yard fly drastically improved by 0.19s

The averages are taken from the athletes who were either perfect or near perfect attendance

Our team squat average increased from 411-437 over the course of 12 months. 14 athletes squatted over 405 while we had 20 over 405 this year

Our team bench average increased from 211-242 over the course of 12 months.

31 perfect attendance with an average of 45 kids throughout the whole years is the most important number!

Obviously there will be some outliers that skew the results but that’s part of the game!

Excited for what this season will bring!💍

One goal: Repeat State Championship🏆

With athletes heading back to school. I will be changing my hours back to the afternoon times. The hours are listed above and this is to accommodate all athletes who are participating or want to join in training⚡️

I was able to send off my first College Athlete group this summer!🦬

Some of these athletes took a risk on me training them in a 1-car garage in 2023 fresh out of PT school to now while some just started this past year⚡️

I am forever grateful for these 8 athletes. It has been so much fun working with you, playing games, and helping you navigate High School athletics🙌🏻

Without you guys/girls I wouldn’t be where I am! Thank you for everything🫶🏼
