The grounds include a large fire pit, perfect for late night conversations and subsequent stargazing. The full sized shuffleboard and the horseshoe pits tempts you with challenging your fellow guests in friendly competition. Or if you prefer a lazy afternoon, the lawn area is canopied by a large oak tree; perfect for a picnic or an afternoon snooze. The Animal Safari provides our guest with adventure and fun interaction. Feeding the Zebra, Buffalo and cattle are the highlight. How many of you can say a Zebra has eaten right out of your hand? S***t shooting and archery are always a hit. Our resident expert, Terry, will give instruction so that you can hit your targets. The Surrounding area offers wine tasting, gold mines, quaint turn of the century towns to explore, water skiing, state capital tours, Old Sacramento, Salmon fishing and a variety of local festivities. Terry and Roberta, our caretakers, make this ranch experience extra special. They are on sight and ready to assist our guests.
