And this is a big one — Charles Whalley will be fighting in the CO-MAIN EVENT for the 135 lb BELT. 🏆

A lot of good work packed into this one.

Wrestling warm-ups, body movement, footwork, clinch setups, throws—and plenty of reps for both our adults and kids. Time well spent sharpening our stand-up at Cultivate Power.

Huge thanks to Charles Sciortino for coming out and sharing his wrestling with us.

Great demonstrations, hands-on coaching, and you can tell he genuinely loves teaching and helping people get better.

Now we keep working it.

Hearthstone highlight🤗 Cassie Smith is a Junior at Hearthstone on track to graduate a year early! Cassie is also this year's student board member for Butte County Office of Education! We are blessed to have the ability to provide these amazing leadership opportunities to our students and we are so proud to call her a Dragon!
