Fitness plateaus happen and can be really frustrating!
You start an exercise and begin seeing great results. Then those results stop and you don’t know what to do🤔
Try this for your next workout and watch your results break through that plateau⬇️⬇️⬇️
1. On your last set of your chosen exercise, do the prescribed weight for as many reps as possible.
2. Drop the weight a bit and do as many continuous reps as you can with the lighter weight.
3. Repeat again
This will increase the demand on the muscle tissue and your body will notice. During your recovery time you will start to build more muscle fiber size and communication therefore increasing your potential output.
