📣 If your child is in the Step Up For Students homeschooling program, we are pleased to announce that we offer Physical Education through them as a direct provider!

Simply head to your Step Up portal, log in, and search for "Golden Hour Athletics" in your provider search area!

The program is 3x per week, with 5 class times to choose from, and begins October 19th! Ages 5-17 accepted!

Reserve your spot today so we can reach out to you and make sure your kiddo is prepped and ready to have some FUN while learning all about their capabilities through fitness!

BEACH WORKOUT THIS SATURDAY! 🏖️

Join us this Saturday @ 8:30am at Andy Romano Beachfront Park for some fitness fun! Bring a towel, shoes, and a water bottle 💪 This is a FREE workout for anyone who would like to get a workout in 🤩

What to expect: While GHA is undergoing buildout, we’re bringing the workout to the beach. Anyone can participate, from beginner to advanced. There will be some running (with modification options) and bodyweight movements🌞

Oh, and if you want, you can take a dip in the ocean afterwards to cool off 🌊 “sea” you there!
