Sky+Ky Try: Bungee Fitness

Is your first question the same as mine? “What kind of bra do you wear for that?!” It turns out Bungee Fitness is more “flying” than bouncing and lots of silly, but exhilarating cardio. And they give you pompoms! 💥

We took an intro class this morning (mandatory for first-time Bungee-ers) and Kathleen was thorough, supportive and a great instructor! I don’t know that either of us will be moving to the advanced class anytime soon but we left sweaty and with only moderate wedgies so I’d consider the class a success. ✨

Summer is in FULL swing at the studio and we have several new classes on the schedule starting next week...because if you're anything like me it took a WHOLE week to recover from the end of the school year and get yourself back on track.

We have: more chair classes, a new adult ballet class, a sound bath Sunday, June 14th, to reset for the week ahead, and June 20th Kat is back with her Mindful Movement kid+adult class.

We can't wait to see you soon :)

Sky+Ky Try: Ballet Class!

In an effort to start our weekend with some whimsy, we grabbed our tutus (dusty after decades of disuse) and made our way to the 10 am Ballet 101 class. And it was, humbling. Not at all like riding a bike where all of the moves come back to you.

But, it was fun! We laughed and plied our hearts out and left just a little bit more graceful. 🤏
