What started out as a series of IGTV videos has grown into something so much more than we could’ve imagined. Over the last year and a half, we’ve launched our dream business and watched it grow as fast as our actual child😅

McNeil Coaching is an expression of our heart to cheer you on to greatness, even if that means walking with you through difficulty. We’ve found a unique way to fuse temperament analysis with relationship counseling and life coaching to serve clients on their journey toward growth.

It’s crazy how a little act of faith that looked like filming vlogs into a phone has grown into so much more. You never quite know what’s on the other side of your yes until you go there.
