The Summer Solstice (this weekend!) marks the longest day of the year and Yoga Moth's first birthday. (The longest year of my life??)

We have *two* special sound healing events this month! Summer Solstice Sound Healing on Sat, June 20th @ 6:30pm and Family Sound Healing on Sun, June 28th at 3pm.

🌞 NEW CLASS | THE VILLAGE
I've been pondering how to create this for a while and Ashley D’Anna put our heads together to selfishly brain storm *exactly* what we want and need. A chill space to gather, share thoughts and experiences, and give our bodies the space to reset. Come join us Thursday nights at 6! (First 15 minutes is tea and chat so no rush if you're running behind.)

There are some kids who will happily plop down on their little yoga mats and follow a full class attentively. But there's *a lot more* kids who need movement, engagement and immersive things to do in order to absorb some of our teachings.

We created Little Makers for them! An immersive story, movement, games and nature craft to engage their minds and bodies and maybe teach them a little breathwork, too.

The girls are driving me slightly insane and we're only a week into summer so I've created some Mindfulness Treasure Hunts around Orlando for them. I made printable PDFs to share if you, like me, are looking for easy ways to engage the kids out of the house and bring a little calm into the mix. Comment MINDFUL and I'll DM you the PDF!

These are some of our favorite spots we've been to a bazillion times already but having something I can print out and stick on a clipboard gave them an hour plus of exploration. (And I didn't have to use any of my very limited brain cells.)

🌸 First up is Kraft Azalea Gardens in Winter Park! (Technically not Orlando, I know, forgive me.)

Tips: for the big kids, I let them have binoculars, magnifying glasses and/or a phone. (Use the pinch zoom for magnifying!)

For the littles, if you go in the afternoon definitely plan for rain boots and/or have a change of clothes. 😉
