Foot to the outside ➡️ find your whizzer ➡️ attack the shoulder ➡️ drive that head down.

Where the head goes… the body follows. 🧠➡️🦵

Keep pulling on the whizzer, bring them back to the mat and make sure they hit first.
The second you feel that release… square up and go get yours. ⚡️

🔑 Lock stays ABOVE the knee. Always.

Tight waist + knee tap to kill the position, break their base, and put them flat. From there, it’s pressure: arch, legs back, circle, and lift their elbow to isolate the shoulder.
