No regular workout on Saturday because some things matter more 🌈❤️

We laced up and showed up for the CommUNITY Rainbow Run, and we wouldn't have had it any other way. Pride isn't just a month to us. It's a part of who we are as a community, as runners, and as humans.

Orlando holds this in a special way. Every time we run these streets we carry Pulse with us. We are proud to honor that memory and proud to stand alongside our LGBTQ+ family everyday.

We had a great, albeit warm workout on Saturday morning. A simple interval workout on the track followed by some (iced) coffee was a perfect way to start the day.

We're off next weekend for the holiday weekend, but we'll see you back at the same time, same place on the 30th!
