This year marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001—a meaningful milestone and an opportunity to remember those we lost, honor the courage of our first responders and military heroes, and support the families who have sacrificed so much.
Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage, service, and heroism. Guided by the words:
“While we have time, LET US DO GOOD.”
The Foundation provides support to our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes, and their families.

We had a visitor this morning! John was in town visiting his mom Marjorie Spryn Alquist who is one of our members and he decided to check out the boot camp. John might be feeling this workout for the next few days

Nature’s Skittles Right here.
I usually make 2 of these a week with a variety of fruit cut up ready to eat.

Having this in my fridge helps me with sugar/sweet cravings about 80%. Anytime I crave something sweet this is my to go to. Pick a few pieces of fruit and I am good to go.

Fruit gives you a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that your body loves and will reward you for. Plus the natural sugars gives you a good amount of energy.
Do I still eat a candy bar, have cookies or cake? Heck yes I do but if you eat 70-80% good most of the time your 20-30% wont be as bad.
