I'm running a SQUAT-TOBER Challenge!

31 squats per day - you choose your intensity.
🎃 Level 1: bodyweight squat
🎃 Level 2: jump squat
🎃 Level 3: squat knee tuck

Any combination of the 3 every day - the goal is to progress through the month
(continuous reps, more at a higher level, etc.).

What’s keeping you from getting started? If you feel unsure where to start and/or you aren’t comfortable in a traditional gym setting, let’s chat! I have a ‘mobile gym’ in my car and can bring the workout to you. And it’s always more fun with a friend, so let’s find a time that works for you to workout with a friend, spouse, etc. and buddy up!

As I take the next two weeks off of the gym to (hopefully) heal some injuries, I want to do more cooking. Send me, or drop below, your fav recipes - I’m gonna do my best to increase protein in them and use swaps to make them just as delicious but more nutritionally dense!

We now have a second location in Winter Park for our park workouts and will be having a session every Sunday, beginning September 15th! Ages 13+ now welcomed with a participating adult 18+.
