Day 6.

Negative thoughts and emotions affect our health, hinder victorious living, and can rob us of our purpose in Christ.. The armor of God represents the defense we must take in our spiritual lives. We have to be willing to let God enable us.

Los pensamientos y emociones negativos afectan nuestra salud, impiden una vida victoriosa y pueden robarnos nuestro propósito en Cristo. La armadura de Dios representa la defensa que debemos tomar en nuestra vida espiritual. Tenemos que estar dispuestos a dejar que Dios nos capacite.

Day 5 overcome negative thoughts by being strong in the Lord.

Only by relying on God we can overcome spiritual evil and stand up against the devil’s attacks. We are to stand firm in the power of HIS MIGHT, and not take courage in our strength.

We are living in a world in which we are engaged in war. This battle requires heavenly power from above, strength that is outside our human capacities, and power that only comes from the Lord.

Día 5 supera los pensamientos negativos siendo fuerte en el Señor.

Solo confiando en Dios podemos vencer el mal espiritual y resistir los ataques del diablo. Debemos mantenernos firmes en el poder de SU PODER, y no tomar valor en nuestra fuerza.

Vivimos en un mundo en el que estamos en guerra. Esta batalla requiere el poder celestial de lo alto, una fuerza que está más allá de nuestras capacidades humanas y un poder que solo proviene del Señor.

Day 3 : Overcome Negative thoughts by being sober and being vigilant.

Sober: Free from intoxicating influences. Don’t allow ourselves to be influenced by anything that leads us away from God’s truth and sound judgment.

Vigilant: to keep careful watch for possible danger or difficulties. Vigilance requires action. A vigilant person actively pays attention to what is vying for his attention and what affects his heart and mind.

We must keep a clear mind as we vigilantly keep watch over our lives and the world around us.

Día 3: Supere los pensamientos negativos siendo sobrio y vigilante.

Sobrio: Libre de influencias embriagantes. No nos dejemos influenciar por nada que nos aleje de la verdad y el sano juicio de Dios.

Vigilante: estar atento a posibles peligros o dificultades. La vigilancia requiere acción. Una persona vigilante presta atención activamente a lo que compite por su atención y lo que afecta su corazón y su mente.

Debemos mantener una mente clara mientras vigilamos atentamente nuestras vidas y el mundo que nos rodea.
