Congrats to our athletes who qualified to the next step of the CrossFit games. To make it to this step you have to be in the top 25% of your division. The 4 workouts have to be completed from Thursday to Monday. Good luck!

It’s that time of year again! We are offering YEARLY memberships. If you pay in full for 1 year, you will get 2 months free!! This offer is valid for all the monthly rates (3x per week, 4x per week, or unlimited) that we have. Please let me know if you are interested...there are only 7 available! This is a great way to commit to the gym and create consistency and accountability for your fitness and health goals for 2026!!! 💪🏻

Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost in the tragic events at Pulse nightclub. As a community that stands just down the street, our hearts are filled with the deepest sympathy and compassion. We send our love and support to the families, friends, and all those affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.
We remain proud of our community for when we came together for our series of fundraising events "PRs for Pulse". Today, we continue to see solidarity and compassion and it is such a beacon of hope. At South Orlando CrossFit, we believe in the power of unity, acceptance, and resilience. We stand together, shoulder to shoulder, in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community and keep standing strong in our vow to create a safe and inclusive space for all.
As we reflect on the past, let us also look forward with hope, continuing to spread love, understanding, and acceptance. May their memories inspire us to build a more compassionate and inclusive world.
