Greetings Zumba Goers, in East Orlando. Coco Zumba classes will be suspended - at New Beginnings Church - until further notice. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and hope that you're able to find the fitness that you need, as you continue into the month:) Happy Dancing!

Hello Coco Zumba Family! We will unfortunately NOT be having class, this evening. The host space would like to delay a week, due to attendance. In lieu of class, try grabbing a friend and trying this home fitness circuit. I can't wait to see you all, next Tuesday!!!

All exercises should be completed with proper technique maintaining good posture throughout. Use technique and posture failure as an indicator as to how challenging you find the resistance or exercise position. Optimize the resistance and exercise type according to your own ability.

GOOD MORNING EAST ORLANDO!!! The time has come to COCO ZUMBA! Beginning today, we will launch our WEEKLY TUESDAY NIGHT classes, at New Beginnings Church (parking available in back).

If you're ready for a shift in your fitness, come on over and rock the dance floor with us, where we believe anyone can "Dance Your Way Into Fitness."

Time: 7-8pm (newcomers should arrive a little early)
Place: New Beginnings Church, 431 N Semoran Blvd.
What: Bring a towel, a water bottle, and a friend!
Cost: $5/person
