Almost forgot to post

I swear my quads are more cut than this but after 2 hours of training legs I couldn’t hold a flex for more than 1.5 seconds before cramping.
The process is slow, the pain is great, the fat is there. But consistency will work in your favor if you never give up! Do a little each day, set small goals on the way to your big goals and smash them as often as possible.
