Winter had its fun – comfort food, skipping workouts, and maybe a whole lot of “I’ll start tomorrow’s.” However, spring is the perfect time for a fresh start and to get back on track when it comes to your health and fitness routine. So, we’re sharing tips on how to refresh your fitness routine all month long, starting with:

1️⃣ Reset your mindset and ditch the excuses.

No more waiting. No more excuses. Remember – your results don’t care about your reasons not to get started or not to stick with it. The next time you catch yourself saying, “I don’t have time,” try saying, “It’s not a priority.”

Feels different, right? That’s because it is, and it’s time to own it.

You already know that we’re huge fans of accountability at Kasheta BodyFit! Accountability can positively impact all areas of your life and make your chances of success even higher.

Not everyone has a roommate or spouse that is ready to change their life with you. But if you do – take advantage of it! When you have someone close to you that develops healthy habits at the same time, it will impact much more than just your workouts. This same effect can be achieved with a personal trainer if you’re using multiple services, such as nutrition and training, together – in these cases, look for a program where the engagement is high!

Success is in your reach, but with accountability you’ll get there a little faster and you won’t have to do it alone! 🤝

Have you ever struggled keeping up with a health or fitness program on your own? Working out alone means you’ll work out to the level you’re comfortable with. Some select individuals can push themselves to the brink regardless of who’s watching, but these individuals are typically well-trained athletes.

For most of us, this is where 👉 accountability 👈 comes in. Getting coached by a professional, joining a class, or even just wanting to look tough in front of your spouse adds a healthy level of competition. You’ll want to keep up with your partner or even push past their level, leading to an overall more effective workout.

It’s also important to note that your accountability partner does matter. If it’s someone who hits the gym for about ten minutes or stays but complains the whole time, the benefits don’t apply. Look for someone who is consistent and wants to change as much as you do – you don’t need an accountability partner who’s skipping out on you regularly.

We’ve all heard that accountability helps you be successful, but is it actually true? 🤔

We certainly think so at Kasheta BodyFit!

Accountability is the driver to get you moving. Whether it’s a personal trainer, class you signed up for, friend, spouse, or online program you engage in, accountability can come in a lot of different forms. However, they all have one thing in common – they make it about more than just you!

Left to our own devices, we can talk ourselves out of heading to the gym, but if you have an appointment with a trainer or friend, chances are the desire to skip the gym isn’t stronger than your desire to not waste money or not let your partner down.

Accountability doesn’t do the work for you, but it gets you there, which is the first step! 🎯
