Train With Nicole Nicole is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor She has extensive experience with older adults. (this needs help!)

Nicole has a diverse background in personal training, rehabilitation, weight management, pre and post natal, sport specific training, and golf fitness. Her certifications include ACE Certified Personal Trainere and Titleist Certified Golf Fitness. Her client base includes runners, triathletes, brides on a mission, corporate executives, golfers and those wanting to get stronger and healthier. All o

f her clients have one things in common, they want to feel and look their best. Nicole has worked with all age ranges from pre-teens to those in their early 90s. She focuses on making each workout fun, personalized and different at each session. Each workout session incorporates a variety of techniques that focus on functional fitness exercises which include circuit-style strength and cardio training, core stability training and plyometrics. A variety of fitness tools are used including stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU, TRX, and free weights

With a complete understanding of proper nutrition principles and as an ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach, I do not promote fad diets. I work with clients to focus on eating a well-balanced diet. I will guide you to make healthier choices while living your life.
