First meet up Sunday April 12 at 8AM

This is a 6-week program designed to help you:
• Improve your 5K time
• Prepare for your next HYROX
• Build endurance and confidence

Sunday run locations will change weekly to keep it fresh, keep it challenging.

You’ll have full access to the program through our push press app so you can track progress and stay consistent all week.
