MY NEW YOUFIT CLASS SCHEDULE! Tuesdays 7:30pm Cardio Sculpt and Thursdays 7:00pm Cardio Sculpt!!! Just so you know, SIX MONTHS AGO I COULD NOT WALK (knee replacement surgery)! It literally took me STEP BY STEP using that loud scraping sound walker! But quickly I found to love that walker because I could walk again using it. When it came time to move to the wheels, I didn't want to. Walking faster was not comfortable and actually I found it scary. So my therapist tried to get me to move to the cane and I didn't like that either but I did knew I had to so that I could start to build up my balance. I quickly weaned off that cane and fast forward here I am. I am back to teaching my cardio sculpt classes and playing pickleball. If you are reading this and need some encouragement to start exercising again - start this week!!! Whatever time you have, find something you can do. If you can walk, go walking outside. If it is raining, drive to a large mall or go to the Center For Health and Wellbeing and walk upstairs on their walking path. FREE. Find music on your cell phone or laptop and dance while you clean. Do something. And then keep doing it and challenge yourself to do more every week! Start with 5 minutes a day for a few days and then add a few more minutes every day! What will happen? You will feel better and look better for the holidays in six months! Just start with 5 minutes...
