I want YOU to UNDERSTAND something very CLEARLY: NO ONE walks into the gym RIPPED on day one. The gym is the great EQUALIZER. EVERYONE here deserves RESPECT, no matter what his or her shape, size, or level of development. To me, EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME GROUND, WORKING HARD to become BETTER. Our men and women in uniform, who had other options in their lives, other paths, easier paths they could have taken; but who took the hardest path, that narrow causeway.. an oath to protect us with their lives so that we could do what ever we wanted with ours.
