That’s a wrap from the Bahamas. brought a great overall look and presentation to the stage! We decided to cross her over into the wellness class as well just to get the judges feedback about the trajectory of her physique and where she best fits. We didn’t get the pro card we came for, but we got some great feedback from pro judges who said the bikini division is where she needs to stay. Doesn’t need another oz of muscle on her frame. Just needs to come in a little crisper. That said we decided to forgo nationals in December and go straight into a very short off-season before we hit some spring shows. We will be adjusting the training approach to “muscle maintenance” with a focus on conditioning for the off-season so that we can start prep from a leaner point. So we can get her physique to the level of condition we need to get the WIN next time she hits the national stage. 🏆

Being this was Jasmine’s first time on stage in wellness and a last minute decision she was a little nervous, but she did really well with the posing. Then came bikini where she completely rocked her presentation once again affirming where she belongs.

After getting his feet wet with his first prep and show last year has been working methodically at bringing up the lagging areas of his physique so when he hits the stage in 2024 there will be a dramatic transformation to a more complete physique. Alex has higher lat insertions which can make it difficult to fill out a a few poses, but we are both very happy to see the work paying off. Currently sitting at 240 lbs, but not focused on the scale, only the look.

Entering the midway point of this push phase and looking to get this guy on stage late summer / fall 2024.

15 years ago I asked the most amazing woman I have ever met to spend her life with me and she said yes. 15 years has come and gone so fast it’s crazy to think we we’re just kids back then. The life we have built together over the past decade and a half including our 2 boys is beyond anything I could have ever imagined for myself, but God brought me you! 15 years ago I asked the most amazing woman I have ever met to spend her life with me and she said yes. 15 years has come and gone so fast it’s crazy to think we we’re just kids back then. After 2 years and 6 shows I finally made it down to Orlando to train with . Wish we had a whole weekend to train and hang out but I will take what we got! Brian has been as consistent and dedicated to the goal as anyone I have ever worked with. At 1 week out he is at his all-time best. We had a great session today and I can’t wait to get this guy on stage next week in Tampa.

The new Sig P365X Macro lives up to the hype! All the reviews are spot on! 17 rds packed into a micro pistol, hence the name MACRO 😂. Now add an accessory rail, integrated compensator and make it optic ready and the P365X macro is in a leafy of its own IMO. The only other carry on the market I see that rivals it is the Shadow Systems CR920 Elite Combat.

A little late to the party on this, but HUGE CONGRATS to .moskhalis on bringing a far improved package this season and dominating his class on his way to picking up the open class win at the Florida’s State Championships 🥇. We had high expectations with Andre coming off a very promising rookie year where he took a novice overall as well as 2nd and 4th in open classic physique.

Andre holds himself to a very high standard and has the work ethic to back it up. I would be lying if I said this prep went smoothly. We ran into a big problem about 6-7 weeks out. However Andre kept a level head and stayed focused on the goal. He could have quit right there and no one would have blamed him one bit. Quitting just isn’t something Andre does with anything. When the guy commits to a goal he’s ALL IN! This is his best to this point and I couldn’t be happier with the package he brought. Peak week went very smoothly and we were able to get some good feedback from his body which will help us make some adjustments going into North Americans in just 15 days!

Also I want to give a huge shout out to his posing coach who did an amazing job with Andre. Presentation is FAR improved from last year and now and obvious strong point for Andre.

Finally a big thanks to Andre’s #1 for making sure Andre posed every single night before bed and stayed on track even when it got super tough there at the end. It definitely takes a team!

Seriously though I couldn’t be happier with the package she is bringing to her first pro show. Great combination of fullness and condition!

Huge shout out and congrats to Iron Born Physiques Athlete who hit back competed in back to back weekends for the first time and did not disappoint! This last weekend Brian brought a great package earning🥇in both Masters physique and in Open Class C at the NPC Souther USA!

He has been knocking on the door these last few shows, but finally busted that thing down and got the WIN!

Brian is always thinking ahead and he does let care for long off seasons. So we are already back into a building phase for the next 10-12 weeks before we gear up for a run at some late fall shows.
