Experience an intimate 2-hour Candle-Light Sexy Flow and Yin Yoga class designed to help you slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with your body through intentional movement and stillness.

This divine feminine experience includes a 30 minute chat and intention setting with Stephanie K, (E-RYT 200 & RYT 500), about the purpose, benefits, and techniques of taking a Yin Yoga class — helping you better understand how to support your body safely, mindfully, and intuitively.

The final 90-minutes you will experience a mix mode class, joining gentle dance-inspired flow +  Yin Yoga focused on deep stretching, nervous system support, emotional release, and grounding presence. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and create space in the body where stress, tightness, and emotions tend to live.

This class is all levels and perfect for anyone craving restoration, softness, flexibility, mindfulness, or emotional reset.
