BNFIT We're a mobile cross training program based out of Orlando, FL. We cater to all levels of physical condition. Water breaks and a water cooler are provided.

We'll make you faster, stronger, and more efficient! Bili, the Owner and Head Coach of BNFit (Be-N-Fit) has a diverse background of coaching experiences. From private one-on-one sessions to coaching Orlando City Soccer, he does it all! Bili creates our boot camp sessions and ensures they are suitable for most fitness levels. A typical cross training boot camp will consist of a circle circuit (12-1

5 stations), sport specific drills, and teamwork exercises. When you train with BNFit you can expect to break a sweat, have fun and lose weight! Please join us 10-minutes before we start to get set up, become familiar with any new equipment, and to sign a liability waiver. You can find us by the girl statue which is also next to the Lake Eola rainbow amphitheater at 10 am on most Sundays*.

*Please check our page each week for any time/ session changes. Lake Eola is a vibrant area with activities that may not always permit enough space to hold our cross training boot camp. Our Sunday sessions have been known to fill up, to hold your spot please text (407) 765-4403 (Nicole will make sure you get your space). Reserving a spot isn't required but is encouraged. For individual Personal Training sessions on other days of the week, call Bili with our "Call Now" button or text him at (210) 322-8578. We can't wait to see you!
