THURSDAY-Exfoliate, Pro-Tan application, Pack Bag, Prepare Food

FRIDAY- Hotel Check-in @ Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Mary
Address: 755 Currency Cir, Lake Mary, FL 32746. Competition Check-in at booth (get button with number and bag), Set up hotel room sheets and cups to p*e in. Polygraph test. Tan at reserved time. Check in with Coach. Eat & Sleep

Competition Day – Wake up at 5:30am, Coach Check-in, Coffee, Eat, Hair, Makeup, Tan & Nails
Competitors meeting at 9am (bring show bag)
Competition Starts at 10am Break 30-40min to rest BACK AT THE VENUE around 12:15pm, FINALS STARTS at 1pm done by 3-4pm

The QUEEN of On The Move Fitness took The IFBB Hurricane Bay Pro Yesterday and SLAYED!!! I don’t express enough how proud I am of her and how much I admire what she has accomplished. Her work ethic is second to none and she’s always educating herself constantly reading looking for ways to improve herself physically and mentally.
