Steel Furnace CrossFit is a 12,000ft² fitness facility located in Metro West, Orlando. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. We have CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Boot Camp programs with dedicated rooms/areas for each.
