But you might just look at that bowl of chips a little differently from now on.

What a difference a year makes…

At 40, I was doing everything right — eating clean, working out, getting sleep — and the weight kept piling on.

I felt bloated, inflamed, and completely disconnected from my body.

I finally started to think…

“Is this just what happens after 40?”

But deep down, I knew I had to stop forcing my body into a version of “fit” that didn’t fit ME anymore.

So I did what most diets never teach you to do…

💥 I stopped over-exercising and started strength training with a modified macro approach.

💥 I stopped chasing perfection and started managing my stress and cortisol levels

💥 I stopped blaming my body and started supporting my hormones — naturally.

And the result?

By 41, I had lost the inflammation, the extra weight, and the hopelessness.

But what I really gained was energy, peace, confidence, and control over my body again.
