High School Swim Team in Orange County FL. Practices range from 1.5 to 2 hours, 4-5 times a week with additional dry land training.

Interested in swimming this year? Show up to our interest meeting after school on August 19th. Just show up to the gym classroom once the last bell dismisses you!

We are having open team tryouts starting tomorrow morning at the Rosen center. Please email coach Grafton for practice times and location. You must be cleared for swimming and have a ride to school. Any questions should be directed to the head or assistant coach.
