Saturday morning class - DONE!

Not only did you all rock it out, you guys asked for more! So, in addition to cardio day (lots of high energy songs), we went way over time. Bravo!

I have the greatest class anywhere!

I dropped 3 new songs on them tonight, and they ALL ROCKED THEM! They jumped in - no fear - no hesitation and killed it. I feel so proud when I see them going all out. I can't wait until Thursday.

Starting next week, we are adding Tuesday night 6:30pm and another Saturday morning class at 9:00am.
