Came across this article today. Thought I'd share. Functional movement, training etc. Are becoming a hobby of mine.

Moving about isn’t meant to hurt. It takes a bit of work, but there’s a lot you can do to improve. And it doesn’t matter where you’re starting out, either.

When I saw this shirt I knew I had to have it. I've struggled with anxiety and depression most of my life, and I can tell you it's the hardest fight I've ever had to go through.

I work to be OK every single day, and sometimes I do a good job... Other days not so good. But I show up to the fight every single time.

At the start of December I decided to purchase a Steel Mace from Onnit Fitness. The idea of Steel Mace Training is not only the idea of controlling chaos, but finding flow within the movements.

Tonight I learned and memorized my first flow. Each movement had to be learned, and then put together. I'm not perfect, but I'm proud of this first flow.
