Today’s board member spotlight is on Katie Fitzpatrick, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Construction and Real Estate for TMRW Sports.

Katie oversees financial operations and real estate development initiatives for TMRW Sports, including the construction of the SoFi Center in Jupiter, Florida. With more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience, Katie brings expertise in managing complex projects and supporting the growth of innovative sports and entertainment ventures.

TMRW Sports is also partnering with the NFL to develop a new professional flag football league, adding to the sport’s momentum ahead of its Olympic debut at LA28. We’re especially excited to see flag football’s momentum continue here in Orlando, where it will be one of four sports featured in the 2028 Olympic Q-Series.

Today’s board member spotlight is on Andrew Finkelstein, Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP.

Andrew brings extensive experience advising organizations on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships across a variety of industries. A longtime Central Florida resident, Andrew has also remained deeply engaged in the community through leadership roles with several local organizations.

Today’s board member spotlight is on Kurt Esser, Executive Director and President, USA Volleyball Florida Region.

Kurt brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in college athletics, most recently serving as Director of Athletics at Seminole State College, where he led major brand, facilities, and championship hosting initiatives. His career includes senior roles at the University of New Mexico and the University of Nevada, along with national leadership service with NACMA, NJCAA, and NCAA committees.

We’re grateful for Kurt’s continued partnership and for the opportunity to work together to bring premier volleyball events to Orlando, including the Florida Adult Regional Championships, Florida USA Volleyball Gold Series, Florida Fest Junior National Qualifier and ASICS Florida Volleyball Challenge.

Today’s board member spotlight is on Richard Ensor, CEO & Founder of Boardwalk Sports Event Management.

Richard brings more than 35 years of experience in collegiate athletics, including his distinguished tenure as Commissioner of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. Throughout his career, he has helped grow major sporting events, develop strategic partnerships, and elevate the visibility of collegiate sports on a national stage.

Through Boardwalk Sports, Richard and his team are helping bring the 2026 WBCA Showcase back to Walt Disney World Resort this November, featuring eight top women’s college basketball programs, including hometown UCF.
