It doesn’t have to be a new year, month, week, or even day to redirect your path towards your passion. Any moment, you have the choice to take universal leaps towards where you WANT to be, who you WANT to become, and do what you WANT to be doing!

Just take a moment to ask: “Am I where I want to be?” And KEEP asking yourself that question until you feel the path open up in front of you ❤️ Next, trust the process and take those Universal Leaps towards the best version of YOU!

As 2021 begins to pick up with the craziness and responsibilities stack up— remember this friends: if you don’t deposit the energy of what you need for YOU before others, the quality of the energy you to others will not be as good as it COULD be!
Self care is so easily tossed aside for a plethora of reasons, and this mentality needs some readjusting and re-navigating back to the forefront of our minds 💖
Remember: taking care of yourself isn’t selfish... it’s necessary! If someone doesn’t agree? Re-evaluate that relationship REAL quickly, friend!

What better way to start the new month than in a high note?
It took a world-wide pandemic for me to learn, understand, and PRACTICE the concept of having a healthy relationship with YOURSELF before absolutely anything else.
Always remember to deposit time and energy into what will fuel yourself (mind, body, spirit, and the like) and everything else will slowly begin to fall in line 💚

Charles and Oliver are already at the Barre for the surprise party TOMORROW (Saturday, 8/1) at 9:30 AM EDT!

📌 Equipment needed: your “barre” (chair, counter, chair, etc) and a set of light weights (dumbbells, cans, bottles of water)! Puppers and Kitty are optional for your motivation!
