In 2022 I left my HR Career and returned to school to pursue professional coach training. To my delight, I have found what I believe to be my true calling in life. Initially, coaching made sense as a next step for me, given my experience working with leaders and employees at all levels to bring out their best for the past few decades. I had no idea that within the world of coaching, I would discover a whole new level of passion for moving others toward change in their lives. This is indeed what is happening for my clients and me today. This journey has brought together my richly diverse and compelling personal and professional life experiences almost perfectly.

I hope you will consider coaching as a vital component of your strategy for success as you consider your visions and dreams for yourself and/or the people you support.
