Today’s the day we’ve all been waiting for! It’s our first day of conditioning for the fall football season!!!

Location change: conditioning this week will be Tuesday and Thursday at Freedom Park in Ocoee
Time: 5:30pm

Wear workout clothes and cleats and make sure your child hydrates and brings water as it’s extremely hot out!
