This is my client Maria! Her primary goal in the gym is strength and chasing PRs with a goal to compete on the platform for powerlifting someday, hopefully soon!
Maria has done great with staying disciplined in the gym and getting after it week after week. She hit a plateau for a while after she finished off all of her “newbie” gainz and decided it was time to really dial in the programming to keep chasing PRs!
I knew that a lot could change just by dialing in a few key points in programming so I had her run a very brief, well structured, 6 week program and in just 6 weeks, not only did her deadlift increase 20lbs, but it came up much cleaner too! 🙌🏻
I still work with Maria and am looking forward to what she can achieve after this 12 week program I currently have her running. At the end of the day, it’s her hard work that shows. She shows up and follows the plan I wrote for her exactly and makes no excuses 💯
