God is so good🥹🙏 look at how our adult and our kids jiujitsu programs are growing weekly filled with such great people and jiujitsu players.

Today we worked on 2 counters to the knee cut and a new ashi garami entry called “Butterfly Ashi” that set us up for a great Achilies lock 🦵🔒

We now offer jiujitsu 5 days a week including a competition class on Thursdays at 8pm to get our grapplers prepared for upcoming tournaments.
